The Genesis User Account allows you to manage your smart home devices, track past purchases, and keep your information up to date. In this article, we’ll go over the steps to access and manage your user account, both through the website and the Genesis Home App.

Accessing your User Account through the Website:

1. Go to the Genesis website and click on the “My Account” button in the top right corner.
2. If you have already created an account, enter your email address and password to log in.
3. If you haven’t created an account yet, click on the “Create Account” button and follow the prompts to set up your account.

Accessing your User Account through the Genesis Home App:

1. Open the Genesis Home App on your mobile device.
2. If you have already created an account, tap on the “Account” button in the bottom right corner and enter your email address and password to log in.
3. If you haven’t created an account yet, tap on the “Account” button and follow the prompts to set up your account.

Managing your User Account:

1. Once you have logged into your account, you can manage your account information, including your personal information, billing and shipping addresses, and payment methods.
2. You can also view and track your past purchases, and manage your connected devices through the “Devices” tab.
3. If you need to update your information, simply make the necessary changes and save your changes.
